1. Service Scope
We provide repair, maintenance, installation, and uninstallation services for all brands and models of RO water purifiers across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Mira Bhayandar, and Vasai-Virar.
2. Booking and Confirmation
- Service bookings can be made via call, WhatsApp, or our website.
- All appointments are subject to technician availability.
- Aqua Care RO Service reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made upon completion of service.
- We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments.
- Any additional parts or services will be discussed and charged separately.
4. Warranty
- We provide a 90-day service warranty on select repairs and replaced parts.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, external factors, or unauthorized tampering.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Bookings can be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- No refunds are applicable once the service has been completed.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or malfunction of appliances.
- Our team will not be liable for any loss or injury caused by improper use after service.
7. Use of Genuine Parts
- We use genuine or brand-compliant compatible spare parts.
- All parts are subject to availability and may vary by brand/model.
8. Privacy & Data Use
- We collect only necessary customer data for service purposes.
- We do not share or sell personal information to third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
Aqua Care RO Service reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on our website.
